Pickup makes close pass, only to be caught at red lightRiding as far right as possible with garbage cans along the shoulder, a pickup made an unsafe pass within a foot of the rearview mirror hitting me as on-coming traffic passed in the other lane. I caught him at the red light and told him to pass with at least 3 feet of room.
