People in a hurry? Or just jerks?

Stopped at a railroad crossing with the gate down, lights flashing, and alarm bells ringing, I caught these three drivers flouting both the law and common sense. When reported to the local police department, I was politely informed that no action would be taken, since the infractions had to have happened "in the presence of the police."
