Passing into oncoming traffic

Truck wants to pass the truck in front of him and he finally gets to a spot where he can legally pass....except for the cyclist coming the other way. As he starts the pass you can see him hesitate when he sees the cyclist, then decides the complete the pass and squeeze the cyclist. Kudos to the Herriman Police Department for happily taking the video evidence and tracking down the driver to issue a citation (South Jordan Police refuse to investigate traffic infractions that they did not witness, regardless of video evidence).
