Riding along and I hear someone revving as they pass. Out of the corner of my eye I see the passenger throw something and slowed down - to see a bottle of water pass in front of me.

Local numbskulls probably thought it was funny; 5 mins later, I passed them where the two cards were practicing doughnuts in a parking lot.

Apart from the general antisocialness of littering and tresspassing, it's not impossible that their actions could have caused a loss of balance, etc etc.

Sadly the camera didn't catch the registration details.
