Neither the stop sign nor the person coming from her right who did not have a stop sign was going to slow this girl down... Riding through the light rail station parking lot, I saw car approaching a stop sign from the left, and when it was obvious they were going to go through that stop sign without stopping causing me to make an emergency evasive maneuver or hit her as she is running the stop sign.
