I was cycling towards Halswell on Lincoln Rd when the silver Mazda hatchback (JAW853) decided to undertake the red car (KZT645) that's waiting to turn right into Gull, and as a result veered into the cycle lane without checking that the way was clear, nearly hitting me.

Careless and impatient driver!
