Narrowly cut-off by teacher at school exit

As I was headed down West Patent Street, I settled into the "non-UCI" aero position. I saw the silver Ford sedan making suspicious lurch into the street, and sure enough I had to slam on the brakes to avoid hitting the woman who illegally took my right of way. In slow-motion, I can see she didn't even blink as I was within 8ft of her car at about 30mph...
