Heading up River Rd in Piermont, NY a delivery truck was coming the other way but had to go around another vehicle parked on their side of the road. The delivery truck saw me and probably should have waited the 5 seconds it was going to take me to get past the car parked on their side of the road, but he kept coming pulling into my side of the road and well as you can see a close call. Should I have stopped, probably.
