I saw him coming behind me, but figured he would wait until after the turn to pass me since I can't exactly hug the right on this turn at the speed I was going. I wasn't exactly going slow (about 33mph) and it's a decreasing radius turn. They just decide to completely drive the wrong way over the double yellow line to save about 5 seconds.
