Riding on Bukit Timah Road coming up to the traffic light at Balmoral Road, a car Toyota Prius was at the front in the lane going straight. At the time the traffic light changed to green, the driver in the Toyota suddenly changed mind and wanted to turn left and started to pull out to make this left turn which moved his car into the path of my bike. Luckily for the driver, I was already committed to turn left into Balmoral Road. If my intention had been to go straight ahead, the Toyota would have driven into the side of me.
