The video starts right before the incident begins. The light ahead is clearly red, so there's no where for her to go. Despite this, she tries to push me out of the lane. Her reasoning? I should be further to the right.

There's a cement wall here, in case you didn't notice. I have no where else to go.

Unfortunately, I cannot report her to the police for this close pass. Trafficways are not eligible for most traffic offenses.
