Karen (not her real name) standing in the shared pathway and blocking the bike track/shared pathway, then when she finally moves, calls the cyclist rude as he rides past.
Has headphones in and not looking or listening to other path users.
In my opinion id say she is the incosiderate and rude one for standing in the middle of the pathway and block it for other users, exercising no awareness for her surroundings or other path users.
Karen was unwillng to discuss the matter when confronted about it.
