Jack Pine Rd Crash

Lady backs out of her driveway then proceeds forward and then turns toward me because she wants to back up into her driveway. She didn't hit me when she cut me off. I tried to avoid her while breaking and hit the curb and went over. she came within a foot of hitting me. She did admit she didn't see me so that means she didn't look. No damage to the bike, just a few cosmetic scratches on the right crank and the right pedal. I did tweak my knee but that was gone after a few days of icing the knee.
