An impatient motorist turns onto the roadway with a cyclist already present. There is a 3 way stop just about 50' ahead of them. The person driving the car speeds to the stop sign to try and pass the person on the bicyclist. They arrive at the same time and the motorist turns in front of the person on the bike to the right. The bicyclist had the right of way. People driving cars need to stop aggressively driving like this in residential neighborhoods.
