Idiot almost causes head on crash into oncoming car

Cycling down a hill on a busy road. Idiot in a Land Cruiser decides to overtake our strung out line of riders at speed with another car coming towards us. Swerves left into our group to avoid the collision - averted as the oncoming car stopped completely. Saved him no time at all as we caught him up at the traffic light at the top of the hill and went past him when he was stuck in traffic in the town. Erratic driving at its finest. Reported to the police.
