How to report an abusive driver — Kept my cool, mostly…except the A Hole comment

Ran into this unstable individual. He is now in custody. After reporting him, the police caught up with him which resulted in two different police chases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He eventually assaulted a New Jersey State Trooper and stabbed a police K9 before being taken into custody. The officer and the K9 will be OK. He will face "reckless endangerment" changes for his circling stunt of me supported by the video and a long list of other charges. Glad I was able to stay mostly calm in what could have been a much worse situation. This is why I ride with cameras
