Guy yells lets race and try’s to chase after me

9 Mar, 2023 - 2 years ago - on Congaree Park Drive Riding along the West Columbia Riverwalk when this guy stops turns around and stares at me. Once I pass him he yells LETS RACE!! in a pretty aggressive manner.
