Riding through a chicane and obviously had right of way but oncoming KIA (1VB 7WK) driver seemed to think that might is right so he didn't need to yield. I was through the chicane before he realised he needed to give way, by which time he'd practically taken up all my side of the road and made it very difficult for me to pass him. As the video shows I had to ride in the gutter. Sadly, if I reported this to the police I believe they'd do nothing (no injury, no property damage etc), just dumb selfish driving.
