five seconds earlierIf I had been up the road five seconds earlier there would have been a close call, two pedestrians with dogs were walking on the wrong side of the street, there was a sidewalk, but they chose to be in the street lolly gagging. With the broken pavement, and a pickup coming the other way it would have been an unnecessary close call.
