Clearly not much between the ears of the cowardly individual in charge of this heavy vehicle combination. The microphone is taped over so can't hear the horn on clip but was very disappointing to be terrorized yet again by a heavy vehicle driver on this same stretch of road. Turns out this is the same vehicle which was involved in an illegal pass earlier in January 2021.
