This is a very frequent offence at this humped bridge: illegal crossing of the double white line. Lancashire Constabulary has essentially legalised it, as they refuse to take action against the offence. I already have numerous examples of even worse such offences so I don't need this one- but I haven't reported any from this site recently so I am reporting this one. There will be no response and no action
