Deliderate close pass by a self entitled inexperienced driver in a loaned vehicle

This pathetic individual was so upset that the vehicle in front of him waited 20 seconds for a safe opportunity to pass me that he felt the need to wind down the passenger window and yell at me to move as he deliberately veered close to me as he passed. I can only hope that a visit from the police will change his attitude and driving habits
