Dangerous pass by white pickup carrying real estate signs 62765L1

I was climbing Palisades Drive. In this section, the road has 2 lanes in each direction as well as a parking lane. Where the incident occurred there were several parked cars. A white pickup truck carrying real estate (for sale) signs, plate #62765L1, passed dangerously close to me. There was another vehicle in the left lane and the driver of the white pickup squeezed between this other car and me in a lane that was too narrow for this to be done safely.
