I was riding west along Eagle Terrace to the left of the white line when a black Toyota Prado proceeded to pass me in a very dangerous spot, on a left hand bend with a pedestrian island in the middle of the road. Although I was to the left of the line the Prado came right over to the left edge, driving on the white line as it rushed past cutting very close to me.
