Cut off – North County San Diego-Leucadia Boulevard and I-5Nevada plated SUV cut me off entering I-5 North. This is a VERY dangerous area for cyclists. This is very common. I've never seen a law enforcement presence here, and don't expect to. My advice - go very slow and even stop at this intersection to make sure it's clear.
