Cut off by ute

I was riding along Heidelberg Rd in Alphington and it had been pouring rain. A ute came past and crossed over two lanes to stop right in front of me in the bike lane, cutting me off, so that it could turn left.

Thankfully I was slowing down for the red lights and had been riding slower due to the heavy rain.

As a P - plate driver he showed no respect for the cyclist on the road.
