Moving through a traffic circle. I commute with 3 front lights, one of them flashing (my Fly12), plus a helmet light, 900+ lumens on all of them. There is no way this guy couldn't see me. A middle aged guy. He looked right at me, then took the road. He decided he was more important than me.
