After almost being hit by a first car, he decides to cross on yet another red risking a 2nd accident in less than a minute.
No helmet, no rules. Hopefully he's 'electric' bike is in a better shape than a fire lighter. While on my ebike, I always have to double check when crossing on green, to avoid a crash with guys like him.
