Close pass with trailer

Descending to Audley Weir, a driver of a station wagon towing a cage trailer passed dangerously close in a single lane with double white lines. There were oncoming cars which can be seen travelling in the other direction shortly after the close pass. Most drivers are great, just a few who we wish would learn a little more patience.
