Close pass on right of bicyclist at intersection of Rte. 26 and Houserville Rd State College, PAWe were waiting for the light at Rte 26 and Houserville Rd in State College, PA. We proceeded through the intersection when the light turned green, controlling the lane. Forerunner illegally passed on right before bicyclists could return to shoulder.
