Close pass in a 50 zone prior to a marked crossing

1 Oct, 2022 - 3 years ago - on Ludstone Street Bike lane was full of parked cars next to an oval and marked crossing with raised platform and narrowed lanes before and after, ie. a slow down zone, I was preparing to turn right and riding with a buddy so legally 2 abreast.
