This person had no respect for me on my bicycle. I got over to get around a parked car. Instead of slowing down and waiting for a chance to pass safely (due to oncoming traffic), this driver decided to barrel through coming very close to me (well inside of 3 feet). I contacted the police and they located the driver. I could have pressed charges in court. I chose to have him talked to by the police about the rules of the road as they apply to bicycles.
