I was riding to work and saw this suv come around the bend. I had to go around a box that was parked on the right side of the of road. I noticed her face was down and not paying attention. Then I noticed she was coming closer to my lane. She had plenty of room to her right. I literally barked at her and turned around only to see her drive over the line I had just ridden.
