Bus Contact

Bus Driver operating phone while operating the bus. Phone was held in left hand below the left side of the steering wheel. The bus driver's eyes and attention were fully focused upon the phone. Upon complaint, the owner of the bus, agreed that the driver was not driving attentively and therefore reassigned the bus driver to a different route. This is reminiscent of the Catholic Church reassigning priests to different parishes.
