Big Silver Truck

I was cruising with a tail wind and had just checked traffic over my left shoulder in anticipation of passing the water truck ahead. Just as I looked forward, the big silver pickup truck that was stopped at the intersection advanced into my path. It was close enough to cause me to maneuver to actively pass behind the truck. I didn't have time to get on my brakes. Can't see the the plate number due to the crossing aspect. It was close, and a jerk move, but nothing the police would do without a plate number.
