Another Thomastown idiot

This teen was driving into Thomastown along Station road just near the entrance to Mt Juliet and he has absolutely no clue what a speed limit is for. I estimate he was doing 60kph in a 30 zone. I didn't report this clown as it would not have been considered worthwhile dealing with.
