Aggressive Driver Very Close Pass, Reported to Police. Columbus, Ohio USRiding side by side on a rural road. Ohio vehicle law allows side by side riding. Aggressive driver passes within inches at over 50 mph (80 KPM). Played chicken with on coming traffic and then failed to stop at stop sign. Police contacted and shown video, they are going to visit the driver at home to discuss his actions.
No ticket or points expected. US is very weak on prosecution.
