This driver had ample room & ability to safely pass me however he decided to get as close as possible to assert his dominance. I had a conversation with him at the red light up ahead. Of course, his comment was that I was taking up the whole lane & should be further to the right so as to not be in his way. I asked if he knew what the law was, and he said no tell me.
