Vehicle stops at Give Way, must have seen me approaching on the left, but makes the turn into my path, deliberately (? maybe not, who knows) comes close. There is no need to be so close, there is ample space on the road to give me the 1.5 metres as required by the road rules. Perhaps the driver was "educating" me to ride my bike on the bike path but I chose not to take that option because at my usual speed of around 30 - 35 kph, it would be very dangerous for the bike path users, often trundling along at 10 - 15 kph, often in small groups from the nearby retirement village
