A Cyclist driving a car can be dangerous too!

When approaching an intersection on this frequentaly used cycling route a driver pulls out. Luckily I began drawing brakes hard because I sensed they would pull out on to me. The driver raced to get in front of me and in doing so they drive on the opposite side of the road heading directly towards another cyclist. Ironically, this jerk had a bike rack loaded with two bikes mounted. Could not get the plate no because of the bike rack. This idiot endangered two of us with a one stupid maneuver.
