1GDK390 Smyth Road threatening LGC worker

Cycled from Monash Ave path onto Smyth Road path (SE corner with Monash Avenue, Nedlands)

Found vehicle illegally parked obstructing pedestrian path (directly over bike symbol). Other LGC Traffic Management vehicle parked on grass parallel to path, unable to pass without going onto busy road or private property. Other LGC workers acknowledged that I was “blocked”

Wheeled the bicycle past safely.
Stated owner (dressed in LGC workwear, bearded, visible tattoos, dark cap) of blue Holden 1GDK390 hatch emerged from rear seat

Called out “Hey friend… how much is that bike worth?”, whilst feigning curiousity.

Then proceeded to threaten physically and verbally multiple times with multiple profanities thrown in.

Rode away in fear looking over shoulder of being mowed down by vehicle driven his threat “I’ll find you f#$%&n later”
