Chicken run pass almost cause head on collisionRiding on a service road. A black Honda car on the opposite side decide to pass a slow truck which almost cause a head-on collision. Cyclists managed to brake early and move off the road to avoid collision. The car only has rear paper license plate which is hard to read.
