Clipped by a mirror during close pass

Driver tried to thread the needle between me and a car going the opposite direction. His mirror clipped my arm. He stopped and asked if I was okay, but basically didn't care and quickly drove off.

Note - for some reason the time/date stamp on the video is way off. Also, there was mud on my lens so I couldn't capture the license plate.
