The driver of the vehicle with registration number AT-30-ZM started overtaking a cyclist who was coming in the opposite direction to me, without signaling (he didn't flash), he passed less than 1.5 meters from me and the cyclist who was coming in the same direction contrary to mine, not slowing down the speed.
