Driver was behind me in lane to my right. Driver could clearly see me. after lights changed I ended up 3 car lengths ahead. Driver came up beside me and could still clearly see me. He then decided to move into my lane right where i was. He started the move when he was right beside me and could clearly (if he looked before changing lanes like the law requires) see me through his open passenger side window. After yelling at him he moved back into his lane. Reason he came into mine was that he was texting on his phone. Of course police did nothing.
