On my home from work. Although it was dark, I had a fly12 showing a solid light to the front, a flashing light on top of my helmet to the front, 3 flashing lights on my rear and was wearing highly reflective clothing, including a ProViz Reflect 360 jacket. No other driver had caused any difficulties.
Gov.uk shows the car as untaxed and with no MOT. Anyone's guess as to whether it is insured.
