Wyuna Cold Stores truck with rego CE24CT made a close pass then moved back to the centre of the road before he had finished passing forcing me to brake and swerve to avoid him.

When reported to the police they said they reviewed CCTV and I didn't have to swerve. Clearly I would have ended up where the wheels were if I didn't take evasive action. Perhaps I should hold my course next time so the cops have to attend.
