So this mornings encounter took place on the A 472 at Ystrad Mynach  heading towards Tredomen in the county of Caerphilly.  Its a bit of a climb up to the roundabout but as you see in the video, the silhouette on me shows that I have my arm out signalling to turn right at the roundabout.  The Black Ford Mondeo, reg number BK61OTN just did not bother waiting for me to make my manoeuvre  and came past me anyway..
