What about a bright flashing strobe don’t you see??On a sunny afternoon in September 2019, a late model Subaru Outback, VT registration GXH 702, pulled out in front of me despite my bright flashing front strobe light (Cycliq Fly12). I showed the video to the Shelburne, VT police. They said they would like to put it up on their website as an example. Why not confront the driver? You want me to take the law into my own hands?
