Very fast and close pass, with a moped in the mix, by HDT4830km/h temporary speed restriction (construction) area. Male driver of HDT48 overtook us at a speed well in excess of the speed limit, considering that we were riding at the speed limit of 30km/h. Poor moped rider from the front almost got taken out. Motorist passed both cyclists and moped well within 1.5m side distance and without any consideration to the speed limit or potential consequences.
